Colors: White and its shades are generally preferred on the walls of the school. However, the items in the school have bright colors such as yellow, red and orange.
Wall decorations: The walls are generally filled with panels such as a season table, a letter table, a color table and a number table.
Carpeting: There is carpet only in the free play area in the classroom.
Furniture: There is a lot of furniture in the classroom. There are 3 tables, 22 chairs, a television, a water closet, a bookcase, hangers, a game corner cabinet and a storage cabinet.
Shelves: There are no individual shelves in the classroom. But cabinets such as file cabinets have shelves.
Safety and security precautions: Security at the school is at a high level. First of all, the exterior door is locked and can only be opened from the inside. Since there are no clear corners, the stairwell is covered with a net. Although care is taken to ensure that the cabinets in the classrooms are fixed, the windows are at a height that children cannot open.
Material storage and organization: In general, materials are classified. Stories are in a cupboard, free play materials are in a box. Wooden blocks were stored in a box and plastic toys were stored in a box.
Lighting: The classrooms are illuminated by the sun and have large windows. Apart from this, there are also two lamps that can adequately illuminate the classroom.
Corners: There is a free-play corner, reading corner and music corner in the classroom.
In general, I can say that I like the physical structure of the school because, first of all, although the school is in the city, there is a green area around the school. I also liked how this green area was equipped and turned into an area where children can play and spend time.
Secondly, I liked the simple design of the cafeteria and gymnasium on the ground floor of the school. In both of these buildings, chairs are arranged simply, and a non-disturbing appearance is created.
Finally, although the classroom structure looked good, I thought it was a little too fancy. Especially since there are cabinets in almost every corner of the classroom, filling these cabinets with items is a bit tiring on the eyes. I also think that the fact that almost all the walls are filled with something is tiring on the eyes.
